Brad Volk was born and raised in northern Illinois and is still a die-hard Chicago sports fan. At the age of 20 he relocated to Colorado and seemingly found where he wanted to be forever. That is, until he visited Roatan and discovered “island life.” Along with his wife, Tiffany, he moved to Roatan in 2001 and never looked back. After enjoying many employment opportunities (kayak and snorkel tour company owner, bar owner, cigar distributor to name a few) he joined Island House Vacation Rentals as co-owner in 2007. Working with homeowners who bought and sold made for a natural progression for him to move into real estate in 2021.
Working for Century 21 is a great fit for Brad and he appreciates being part of the global brand. He understands that buying a home on an island in Central America can be unsettling, which is why he makes every buyer and seller aware of what they can expect during the sale process so there are no surprises. In the event something out of the ordinary comes up, Brad has the experience to handle it professionally. It would be hard to find someone who dedicates as much time to his clients as he does, and he always does it with a smile because he truly enjoys it. In his own words, “My job is not to sell you something, it is to help you find exactly what you are looking for in the easiest way possible”. His experience of living on Roatan for over 20 years as well as his experience in real estate ensure his clients receive the best combination of attention and service possible.
