History:

Established in 1992, J. Edwards Real Estate is one of Roatan’s largest real estate company.

Its principal, John Edwards, had dozen of years of experience in island real estate, sales and construction. With the ideal combination of experience and vision, Edwards was instrumental in developing the Bay Islands’ real estate market and he and his team have played a major role in the development of Roatan and its promotion as a tourism destination. John Edwards passed away in 2020 and his son Ryan Edwards is now at the helm.

The CENTURY 21 franchise was acquired in November, 2000.

CENTURY 21 has a successful sales force on Roatan that in the past sold out the condominium units at Mayan Princess Beach Resort, La Sirena, Coral Sands, the residential community of Lighthouse Estates, Parrot Tree Plantation Beach Resort & Marina a 180 acre resort-community, and Marbella Beach.
