Raised
and educated in Western Tennessee Philip spent many years as an electrical
engineer in the Southern U.S. and then California. After working in
the corporate world Philip decided to take more control of his career
and became a licensed real estate professional in California. Philip
began as a mortgage officer working closely with real estate agents
to provide funding for their sales. As Philip's endeavors became successful
he and his wife began looking for a vacation home where they could
enjoy their diving hobby in tropical waters. They
quickly found their vacation home in Roatan in 2003. However the
opportunities in Roatan kept calling to them and they decided to
leave California for their new home. That was 2003 and today Philip
is still here fulltime enjoying showing new visitors around the
island and educating them on opportunities for buying homes or investing.

Raised and educated in Montreal, Canada. Marc worked as a professional musician before setting his sites on California for a change of lifestyle and career. He spent the last twenty years in the property management field and co-owned a travel agency with his wife Linda. After visiting friends in Roatan, both of them decided that the Island was the start of a new adventure. In 2004 Marc decided to use his talent for business and customer service and joined the offices of Century 21 Roatan in Parrot Tree Plantation. Marc understands others like himself who are looking for a lifestyle change and the opportunity to possibly live and or own property in Central America. Roatan still delivers the best value in the Caribbean.
